Rental fees are payable retroactive to September 1, 2005.
The monthly rental rate for one of the 13 directly accessible parking stall
is $50; the monthly rental rate for tandem stalls is $30.

For legal reasons strata can only rent common property stalls
to owners. Owners may rent such stalls to their tenants.
Please take note of the strata bylaws and rules concerning
parking and parkade access.
The University Neighbourhoods Association is working on
establishing new rules for enforcing parking violations
for onstreet parking. Please contact the UNA for further
